The last Stark survivors at the end of Game of Thrones season 8 all have one thing in common.
We proposed to you there is little to discover a video which perfectly summarizes the 8 seasons of Game of Thrones with a second by episode, but it is today of the first season only that we are going to speak, and more particularly of the series premiere. Most fans already know that the very first episode of Game of Thrones is the only one in which we can see all the Starks assembled for the first and last time in the series. But another detail is important when you know the very end of the story and the way things ended for most members of the Stark family.
If you remember the first episode of Game Of Thrones, you will also remember that all the Stark are at one time aligned to welcome the king, Robert Baratheon, and his queen, Cersei Lannister. When Robert greets them, he only touches some Stark: Ned, Catelyn, Robb and Rickon. All the Stark who will die over the seasons, the only ones he hasn’t touched that day – Sansa, Arya and Bran – being the only family survivors at the end of Game of Thrones season 8 . It is probably more of a fun-fact than a premonition, but a fun-fact intriguing enough to point the finger.
The dead are numerous in Game Of Thrones and so we are always looking for a little clue that could have predicted the fate of certain characters for us before the worst happened to them. Some fans are therefore attentive enough to have noticed that in the first episode of the series, the king only touches the Stark who do not survive thereafter. Everyone can then read an omen or not, even if it is probably a coincidence. If we had known that from the first series, it could have saved us from getting too attached to the Stark, most of which perished before the end …
