With two films, a very good one, then a very mediocre sequel, the creation of Seth Macfarlane“dad” ofAmerican Dadhad established itself as the last mascot of a gritty American comedy. But Ted hasn’t said his last (big) word. There he is, quietly preparing his comeback with great fanfare. But not at the cinema.

Fact, Ted is back in a future television series planned for 2024! Seth MacFarlane revealed a first picture of the show on X (formerly Twitter). Obviously, the teasing is appropriate. We only see Ted in the famous photo but, at the same time, he’s the star, right? The showrunner says in the caption: “Here’s an image from Framestore who have outdone themselves with their exquisite work on Ted’s special effects. Thank you so much to our friends in Melbourne!”Here, Seth MacFarlane refers to the studios that designed Ted for the series.
