Season 10 of The Walking Dead is not yet over as we learn that the series has been canceled.

That’s it, it’s official ! We now know that season 11 of The Walking Dead will be the last and that, like season 10, it will be longer than the previous ones. These are 24 episodes that will close the adventures of Carol, Daryl and all the others with 12 episodes broadcast in 2021 and 12 episodes broadcast in 2022. But that’s not all since AMC has not finished pulling the rope to recover the profits of his goose that lays the golden eggs. As we had already talked about, a spin-off on Daryl (Norman Reedus) will indeed see the light of day but the new series will also focus on Carol (Melissa McBride).

The second spin-off commissioned by AMC will have the same form as The Walking Dead: World Beyond since it will be an anthology series whose number of seasons will possibly be limited from the start. After having existed for years, the original series adapted from the comics of Robert Kirkman is therefore preparing to bow out, but not without having secured its succession. The big question remains whether AMC will ever stop ordering series around The Walking Dead since when they have all been released, no less than 4 spin-offs will have accompanied The Walking Dead.
