If you haven’t completed the series Squid Game on Netflix, beware of the spoilers that will follow! After six games in which the participants were dropping like flies, it was finally Seong Gi-hun who pocketed the jackpot. A deserved victory, for the most human and altruistic character of the games, which leads the viewer to reflect on the morality of this story. However, if it hadn’t been for him, the filmmaker would have given the victory to another protagonist highly regarded by fans. For now, the streaming platform has not officially commented on a possible season 2, but if it were to be ordered, Wi Ha-jun hopes that the story arc of his character, Jun-ho (the policeman), is not finished.

Several clues lead us to believe that Jun-ho will return in season 2 of Squid Game if the series is renewed. In an interview for Deadline, his interpreter has revealed what he would like to discover about his character : “I’m dying to know what happened to him. I want him to come back alive, find his brother and ask him tons of questions. As a brother, I would ask him sincerely. As a detective, I also want to explore the general secrets of the game. I really hope to see Jun-ho come back alive and explore all of these questions. I also hope to see a more brotherly side of their relationship “. This plot is highly anticipated by fans, as they are still struggling to understand how the host got away with shooting his own brother with impunity.
