A true musical phenomenon, Bad Bunny quickly became the king of the charts and his latest single will certainly be no exception. Thursday evening, the Puerto Rican singer unveiled the clip for his title “Where She Goes”. A title in English for a song in Spanish which is a pleasant surprise as summer approaches. At the border of dembow and trendy US hip-hop, the clip has already accumulated more than three million views on Youtube. And we no longer count the glowing comments about the exceptional cinematic offered by STILLZ, which recalls the aesthetics of Jacquemus parades, which films the singer aboard a Rolls Royce in the Californian desert.

“Where She Goes”, inspired by Jersey Club rhythms, undoubtedly recalls the legs of an American rapper known as Lil Uzi Vert and his famous title “Just Wanna Rock” which quickly went viral on Tiktok. The rapper also makes a short appearance in the Bad Bunny clip interpreting the movements born of his song. Although it’s a nice surprise, he’s not the only one making a cameo. Indeed other well-known faces such as that of Dominic Fike, Frank Ocean or the legend of Brazilian football Ronaldinho are in the game. Can you even recognize the very short passages in which you can see them?

“Where She Goes”: an artistic clip

But what we remember from this new clip is above all the beauty of the images which contrasts with the breathless rhythm of the song. A Bad Bunny alone in a sandy desert quickly gives way to a party around a bonfire after dark. The faces follow one another, the themes too, a biker with a candy pink crest, then an angel, a cowboy in a fiery jacket… Everything in these visuals is hypnotizing and skilfully orchestrated. We ask for more. Not sure, however, that the Puerto Rican artist will release an album soon after the break he announced he was agreeing to last December.
